It all started in 1999 when they came together to incorporate GRC Group. During that time, the company worked with leading architects in creating some of the high end homes and villas in Bangalore. It also provided contractual services to luxury homes, commercial complexes and hospitals, establishing the roots that would support its growth in the years to come.
The firm then grew to become an independent developer and started its first independent, residential apartment complex called GR Vistas. The success of this project gave a huge flip to the promoters and the successful completion of several other projects cemented the group's growing reputation.

Mr. G. Ramana Babu is founder of the GRC Group of companies. He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. A first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Ramana Babu began his professional career by setting up a Civil Contractor firm in 1987. He has expanded into construction and real estate development. He founded the GRC group in Bangalore in 1999. Experience in the field of law, specifically real estate law. He specializes in land acquisition and property documentation, property-related issues, land laws, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolutions.
Mr. G. Rajesh is a Post Graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, the USA specializing in Finance and Marketing. He has been in his training ground since childhood with GRC Group which makes him the 2nd Generation in the field of Construction and Development with expertise in designing and constructing Modern Homes. His keen interest is in Marketing, sales, and strategizing expansion plans of the organization.
Mr. Siva Prasad is an engineer. He has almost 30 years of experience in the execution of civil work across India. He gained most of his experience building and delivering some of the best commercial and residential developments across the country. He has a great experience in construction, vendor estimation as well as interiors on a large scale.
